Tennis elbow
Tennis elbow (often called lateral elbow tendinopathy) involves the tendons used to extend the wrist and can cause pain and tenderness around the outer elbow, especially with gripping or lifting.

ELBOW MOTIVATION“Let’s give your elbows a little elbow room.”Keep them moving — don’t let a little pain put you on the sidelines.
